Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Metroberry account and associated data at any time, directly from the app.
Metroberry Driver app
Open the app → go to the Profile tab → scroll down and tap Delete Account → confirm.
Metroberry Employee app
Open the app → go to Profile Settings → scroll down and tap Delete Account → confirm.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile information, uploaded documents and photos, and deactivates your access to the Services. Some records (such as completed trip and payment records) may be retained where we are legally required to keep them for accounting, tax, or regulatory purposes.
Can't access the app?
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, contact Metroberry support from the email or phone number associated with your account, and we'll process your deletion request manually.
